Lisa Butterfield, PhD, Professor of Medicine, Surgery, and Immunology, has been elected Vice President of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer and will assume this position starting in November 2014. In 2016, Dr. Butterfield will become the first female society President in its 30 year history.
